Group Rate is $460.00 plus tax , and waived resort fee. This special rate is available on a space-available basis on peak nights Feb 21-23, 2024 with a few extended to the weekend. Registration Cancellation Policy*

I have read and understand the following Registration Cancellation Policy for the HESS 2024 Annual Meeting. If cancellation is received in writing by Dec 8, 2023 the reg fee less one administrative fee of $75.00 for the member, will be refunded. If the meeting is cancelled all together HESS will assess penalties with hotel and attempt to rebook the meeting. The hotel will have a separate policy for individual guest room cancellations.
